Pro License content still not available to me

    Hello –

    My client registered for an account using his name and pwd. I have tried to configure this in my site but Content ai is still not showing up. What do I do?

    You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    My name is Julie Peck. I am logged into wordpress with my account. Hampton Tanner is the person who bought this. He is also a user on our wordpress. Do I need to be logged into *wordpress* as him in addition to being logged into Rank Math as him in order to get this to work?

    Yes, you need to connect the website with the correct account to be able to utilize the Rank Math PRO and Content AI.

    That account has been already upgraded to the PRO version.

    If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version. Here’s our guide about this topic: https://rankmath.com/kb/should-i-delete-free-plugin-after-upgrading/

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    To avoid any confusion in the future, would you like to merge these two accounts?

    If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.

    You mean merge the Hampton Tanner account and the Julie Peck accounts on *Rank Math*?

    If that’s what you mean and that means I will be able to install the Pro version successfully while logged in to WordPress with my own account yes, please. I installed User Switch into my WordPress as per the recommendation on the Rank Math site but it is not working.

    If we do this, will Hampton still be able to log in to Rank Math as himself?

    No, he won’t be able to login using his email account. Merging accounts would result in deletion of the other account and transfer all data to the preferred account.

    If merging is not an option, using the same browser where you develop the website, please login using the correct Rank Math email account with the PRO version.

    Then, disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

    Next, Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase.

    You should see Hampton’s email address indicated in this page to activate the PRO license.

    That should fix the issue.

    But if you want to continue with the merge request, please send an email to our billing and accounts department at s******@r*********** using the second email address and cc the first email and tell them the preferred email address so they can merge the accounts for you.

    The email address you shared doesn’t exist in our system. The account that you are using to write this ticket is under a Gmail address that you can see here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/

    If you want to use the email you shared in the previous reply to access the account with the subscription you can just change it by logging in to the account we shared in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
