Pro appears not to activate - Support

Hi Guys
I have realised that I have 2 address set ups with you.

I have Pro on my login, g**********@h******************. On this account, I activated Pro yesterday with the aid of yourselves. – This is all good now thank you.

Today, I have a second site, login, m************@o**********, that has Rank Math SEO with AI SEO Tools, and I have just downloaded the Pro.

This second site Pro, has not activated.
Can you guide me to activate this one please ? I have deactivated and reactivated, and nothing changed.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that this issue might have caused.

It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

You may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

Let us know how this goes. Also, let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

I am unsure where to go from this point.
I am hoping we can get this sorted today, it is Sunday morning 9.30 am here and I have today to get this sorted.

The license for this account is a FREE license. You indicated that you have a PRO plan. Could you please provide the email you used to purchase the plan? Alternatively, you could share the receipt you received from our payment processor, FastSpring, when you completed your payment.

Hello,

The account associated with this support ticket does not have a purchased plan (magg*********@outlook.com). However, you do have a Rank Math PRO plan and a Content AI trial plan on your other account (grea*******@napi*******.co.nz). Therefore, the Rank Math PRO on the second site is not ‘activated’ because there is no PRO plan on that account.

To resolve this, you can connect the second site to the account with the PRO plan, or we can assist in merging your two accounts into one. This way, you’ll have only one account and avoid any confusion. If you would like us to merge the accounts, please let us know which email you’d prefer to use as your main login email.

Yes, I do think merging the 2 is the best outcome.

I must be doing something wrong here.
I have downloaded the link to my downloads folder.
I went to my site and downloaded the link. I then went to set it up. it was showing as Pro, but I skipped out to check my google profile (API key) and when I returned, the Pro was gone. I downloaded the link again and nothing changed. It still shows the free version.

I think by combining the two accounts, this will correct the problem ?

Please migrate everything to the maggiehanlon2 account.

We have merged your accounts as requested.

Please check on your end if everything is working as expected.

Please go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO license:

Steps to be followed:
1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account
https://rankmath.com/my-account/edit-account/

2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:

WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.
