Pro Api doesn´t update

    Dear partners

    About three months ago I bought a Pro version of Rank Math. The system worked correctly until a week ago, when I received a message offering an update to version 2.13.0, and next to that message, another message appeared that said “It seems that you do not have an active subscription for Rank Math Seo Pro “. I don’t know what happened but I have been enjoying the PRO version so far. The payment of this product was made by visa card (necessary to download the package) on 21-05-07

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems you are currently using a FREE account. Could you please share the email ID you use to make the PRO purchase (you can insert it in the Sensitive Data section)?

    Preferably, you can create a new ticket using your PRO account so we can assist you better.

    As for your issue, please disconnect your Rank Math account and reconnect it using your paid account. Head over to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help to do that.

    That should fix the update issue.
