    I’ve been registered to the pro plan since 2020. I seems that I don’t have access to it anymore and the price has increased by $20/yr. How can I regain access and pay the amount I agreed to when I started the account?

    Your Rank Math subscription is set to renew automatically every year. This means that you don’t have to worry about losing access to the plugin features and updates. As long as your subscription remains active, you can keep using Rank Math without any interruptions.

    Our payment processor usually charges your card on the renewal date and sends you a confirmation email. If the payment fails for some reason, it will automatically try again after the first, third, and fifth days after the renewal date. You will also receive an email notification about the payment failure and the retry attempts. However, if the third retry on the fifth day fails, your subscription will be canceled. We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience.
