Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Rank Math PRO version not displaying the SEO score and other data. This can sometimes happen due to a few reasons, such as caching issues or conflicts with other plugins.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
- Clear your site cache: If you are using a caching plugin, clear the cache and check if the SEO score appears.
- Check for plugin conflicts: Temporarily deactivate other plugins to see if there is a conflict causing this issue.
- Ensure Rank Math is properly activated: Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and make sure your license is activated correctly.
- Reinstall the plugin: If the issue persists, consider reinstalling the Rank Math PRO plugin.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reply to this ticket with your site URL, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!

Hello,
We’ve released beta versions where the issue with the Frontend Status bar has been fixed. https://rankmath.com/changelog/beta/
If you want, you can enable the Beta update by following this guideline:
https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updatesIf you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-status-and-tools/#rank-math-transients
Once done, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the
Rebuild Index
button:Depending on the number of posts/pages on your website, this process can take a few minutes to an hour to complete.
You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version, and if the issue is fixed.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thanks for the reply.
I’m not 100% sure what I’m doing here?
Are you saying I need turn on the Beta Tester? If so why does it give this warning below it?
Warning: It is not recommended to use the beta version on live production sites.
Obviously the site is live, so is it a good idea? (I have done it)
With regards to the second part – Rebuild Indexes for Analytics
This option is not there?
Any ideas?
Thanks
Lewis
Hello,
While the beta version is tested thoroughly before release, it’s still marked as beta because it’s not the final stable version. Most users run it without issues, but if you’re unsure, it’s perfectly fine to wait for the stable update or roll back to the previous version: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#native-rollback
However, if you’re not able to find the Rebuild Index option even in the beta version, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
This is too much. I dont want to do all this.
I think I just want a refund and I’ll stick to free version.
Please arrange this.
Thanks
I’ve managed to roll it back to 1.0.240.
It is now showing the seo score, but not other advanced stats.
Its saying I need to upgrade to the pro version??
Why is it like this?
Hello,
Since you’ve rolled back to an older version of the Free plugin, the PRO feature is now deactivated since the version of the PRO doesn’t match the Free plugin. If you want, we can send you the older version of the PRO plugin as well to make it work until a stable version of the fix is released.
Let us know if you prefer that. If not, we can proceed with your refund request.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello
Can you please proceed with the refund?
Thanks
Lewis
