I need the following support ticket made private or deleted immediately!!!
I have discovered that you are making RankMath support tickets publicly accessible to Google and other search engines, which reveals private information about my company to the public!
I recently opened a RankMath support ticket, and now when I search for my company website URL, Google search results include a link to the support ticket, which contains a lot of private information!!!
I AM IN SHOCK THAT YOU MAKE THIS PUBLIC!!!
Some of the information that you are making publicly available include:
* SCREENSHOTS OF THE CODE WE ARE USING ON OUR WEBSITE!!!
* The company owner name
* The personal email address of our company owner!!!
* The WordPress theme our website is using
* The fact that we use your plugin (the public should NEVER know what plugins we have)
* The problem we were reporting (the public should NEVER know this type of information)
* When we bought your plugin
* How much we paid for your plugin
* The subscription level we have for your plugin
* MoreAll support tickets should be private, and NEVER made available to the public, as this gives the public inside information about my company, issues we have had with the website, and possible attack vectors with knowing what plugins we’re running.
This issue needs to be addressed immediately!!!
I would give you steps to duplicate this issue, but if I enter my website URL again, Google (and probably other search engines) will put show this ticket when searching for my company URL!
This should NEVER happen. I am now very worried about opening any future support tickets, because they can’t include private information.
Again, below is the link that Google is listing in their search results when searching for our URL. This support ticket needs to be made private or deleted.
