Rank Math shows the Primary Taxonomy category in the Breadcrumbs. Please set the primary taxonomy in the Titles & Meta Settings of Product: https://rankmath.com/kb/titles-and-meta/#primary-taxonomy
Enable Advanced Mode in the Rank Math dashboard:
Then go to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product > Primary Taxonomy > Select Categories.

The breadcrumbs structure you’re seeing on your products is not coming from Rank Math, as it’s coming from WooCommerce.
To use Rank Math’s breadcrumbs, please add this code on your active theme’s header.php or single.php file:
<?php if (function_exists('rank_math_the_breadcrumbs')) rank_math_the_breadcrumbs(); ?>
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check the breadcrumbs.

Thank you for the answer.
But I am wondering why after your login to my website, the website started having a lot of failed logins coming from another side of the world with my personal username (which cannot be guessed in any way if one doesn’t know it).
I would suggest using a Teams or whatever screen sharing software for support cases like this.

Our team is distributed and so if you see logins from different locations it could be from one of our team members.
In any case, you can always share the IP trying to get access to the website in cases like this and we’ll let you know if it can be blocked or if it’s from someone in our team.
