Primary category importing (WP All Import)

Hello,

I’m trying to import the rank math primary category of articles with WP All Import, but I can’t figure out how to do it.
This will make the URL structure correct like this: site.com/cat/sub-cat/sub-cat/article/
For now I only have this: site.com/cat/article/

With WP All Import, I try to add the term “rank_math_primary_category” in the custom fields. The import updates the information, but it didn’t set it up.

Because, I have more than 20 000 articles, I need to do it this way, I can’t do it by hand.

Have you any clue how I can do it?
Or is there a way to set on all articles the primary category to be the lowest category in the hierarchie?
