The problem is that when I want to pay, instead of 83.99 (as advertised on pricing page) I get 99.
There no way to pay 99 (almost double of what I was paying).
I would pay more, I understand the inflation, but not 99.
Why? Because I use only 1 function from PRO.
So if this is your policy, I am sorry, I will stop paying for it. I guess no payer is better than a long term customer.
I will choose another plugin, no matter the cost because here is about principle, not necessary the money. I am not paying almost double for a single function. Also, be sure I will take my time to leave a review on every website about this.
I’ve checked now, I only use 1 function from PRO (woocommerce related, ean), nothing else. Everything that I use, it’s in free. So, like I said above, I definitely not pay 99 for just one function.

Even if you let your subscription continue the pricing would be increasing.
This bump in pricing is happening for new and old members, so in this case, it doesn’t matter whether you are continuing a subscription or purchasing a new one.

So, sorry, if this is the case, I am not paying anymore, simply not worth it to pay 99$ for just one function (the jump from 59 to 99 is to much, to greedy).

The value that the subscription was trying to renew at $69 as it was updated to that price for this year on February 2nd.
Regarding the VAT, we tried the VAT that you used on the other subscription on a new one and we can see that the VAT is removed from the pricing successfully.
