If your version is 1.0.81 or above, please refer to our article on How to Use IndexNow with Rank Math for detailed instructions on how to properly set up and use the IndexNow feature.
Additionally, make sure that your website’s Search engine visibility option is unchecked in WordPress settings, as this can prevent indexing. You can check this by navigating to Settings → Reading in your WordPress admin dashboard.

Can you please share what specific error code you are encountering while submitting URLs on Instant Indexing?
You may try looking for the error code at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Instant Indexing > History > Response.
However, please note that the IndexNow feature is only for Bing and Yandex. If you want to use the Instant Indexing API for Google, you’ll have to use our external plugin: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
Regarding the indexing issue, Instant Indexing only submits the URLs to Google so they can be crawled faster and potentially indexed but still, it solely depends on Google if they want to index a URL or not.
You can check your Google Search Console Page Indexing report to determine any issues reported on your site: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7440203?hl=en
