    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Your sitemaps seem to be cached due to some cache plugin you have. You should exclude the following paths, empty the cache and then resave the permalinks:

    /(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
    /(.*)sitemap.xsl

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hi, I have contacted the host but they are saying that there is an issue with the plugin vendor. Please help me in this matter.

    Hello,

Could you inquire the specific issue they are referring to? Can you please follow these steps?

1.Try flushing the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
