    Hey guys, when i try to generate a post title I get this error message – Sorry, the request has failed. If the issue persists, please contact our Support for assistance.

    Can you help?

    Hello,

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with generating post titles. It seems like there might be a problem with the Content AI feature.

    To resolve this, please try refreshing the credits for Content AI. You can do this by going to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once you have refreshed the credits, try generating the post title again. If the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
