I searched your site on google and the basic pages seem to show correctly. The pages having the issue are subsequent paginated pages which contain your blog posts.
The titles of the pages are set correctly in the page, you can check this by checking the page source.You can also check with https://www.heymeta.com/
However, the titles seem to be duplicated across the paginated pages which is likely why Google may be choosing a different title. To avoid this, you can use %title% %page% to for you home page title settings.
You can also choose to noindex paginated pages which can be done in Rank math > Titles & Meta > Misc pages

​Do note that if everything’s fine and Google still decides to show a different meta title/description for your search keyword, there is nothing you can do as Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and show something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.
The best you can do is optimize your meta tags to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.
