When submitting a post through an instant indexing plugin (Google API key) or crawl by Google Bot, the site title name shows in place of the post title in the search result.
But submit url manually in search console, then post index/showing properly in search result.
My website is 6 months old, & I am facing this issue from the start, and every day I submit all url’s in the search console.
Please help & solve out this issue.

Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with your post titles not showing correctly in search results. It seems that there may be a few factors at play here.
-
Site Name vs. Post Title: When you submit a post through the Instant Indexing plugin or allow Google to crawl your site, it might be defaulting to display your site name instead of the specific post title. This can happen if Google has not yet recognized the post title as the primary title for that URL.
-
Manual Submission: The fact that manually submitting the URL in Google Search Console results in the post title being displayed correctly suggests that Google is able to index the title properly when prompted directly.
Recommendations:
-
Request Google to Reindex Your Homepage: You can try requesting Google to reindex your homepage through the Google Search Console. Enter your homepage URL and click REQUEST INDEXING.
-
Use Instant Indexing for Posts: Ensure that you are using the Instant Indexing feature for each post as well. You can do this by hovering over the post on the Posts page and clicking on Instant Indexing: Submit Page.
-
Check Canonical URLs: Make sure that the canonical URLs for your posts are set correctly. You can do this in the Rank Math meta box under the SEO tab when editing a post or page. If needed, refer to our guide on choosing a different canonical URL.
-
Wait for Google to Update: Since your website is relatively new (6 months), it may take some time for Google to fully recognize and index all aspects of your site.
If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!

Why Google Hasn’t Indexed Your Post, Page, and/or Website? » Rank MathHello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please note that Instant Indexing only submits the URLs to Google so they can be crawled faster and potentially indexed but it doesn’t control the title of your pages.
In this case, you can share some affected URLs with us so that we can check the issue further for you.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
First of all.
Thanks for your support. This is not a matter of one or two url’s. If I do not submit my URL in Google Search Console, then the result shown in Google search shows my site name. This happens if I submit the post url using Instant Indexing Plugin instead of the post title or if the post is indexed normally by Google Caravel. Only after submitting the URL in Google Search Console, the title of my post appears correctly in Google search results. I do this daily for the last 5-6 months. After publishing the post, I do not know what kind of mistake it is.
Hello,
Please note that Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and shows something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.

Hello,
At the moment, these articles aren’t indexed on the SERP yet so we can’t check their titles. However, you may check how Rank Math generated their titles here: https://rankmath.com/tools/meta-tag-analyzer/
However, if a different information is shown on the SERP, then Google has chosen a different information from the content in favor of the search intent as we have explained here.
We also like to mention that manually submitting URLs via GSC or Instant Indexing API has nothing to do with how Google serves the title and description on the SERP.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
First of all thanks for your attention on my query.
sorry to say that, above total 11 url’s only one url showing properly in Search Result ( https://lattestnews24.com/alberto/ ) and one url not indexed ( https://lattestnews24.com/iphone-16-2/ ) and remaining url’s index but not properly only me site name ( lattestnews24 ) showing in result. As told you earlier, this is my problem.
I have 3 websites but only this website face this problem.
I don’t know where the problem is.I am totally frustrated; if you are helping me, it is ok if you do not don’t worry.
Thanks again.
Hello,
Both the URLs are still not indexed on the SERP so we can’t check the current situation:
Please check for URLs in your Google Search Console and look for any coverage issues that may tell us why your website is not being indexed on the SERP. You may refer to this guide: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7440203?hl=en
Can you please share a screenshot from your end showing the issue?
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks for your cooperation.
I can’t understand you & me also.Hello,
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
From the title of this ticket, you are having issues with the title not showing properly on the SERP and from the recent description in your replies, you are stating that the URLs you shared are not indexing properly via Instant Indexing unless you manually index them through GSC am I correct?
If so, please try manually submitting a URL in our Instant Indexing API and share a screenshot of the response you received.
Looking forward to helping you.
