Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Could you please share the sitemap URL in the sensitive data section?
Meanwhile, Could you please check the following:
1. In the WordPress admin area and go to Settings > Permalinks and hit the “Save Changes” button once without making any changes.
2. Is the sitemap working fine in your browser? You can check that by going domain(.)com/sitemap_index.xml
If the sitemap is working fine, you can try validating it on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
If the validation works, please move to the second point.
3. Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and HTTP (or HTTPS) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.
4. Finally, make sure you have cleared the cache and excluded Google bot from seeing a cached version of your sitemap.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for following up.
I’ve checked your /post_tag-sitemap.xml
, and it seems that it’s returning a 404 error, and not even included in your sitemap.
Could you please check if you have already enabled your post-tag sitemap in Rank Math > Sitemap settings > Tags?

Please also note that if you don’t have any tag on your website, Rank Math won’t generate a post tags sitemap. Please make sure you have at least one tag with at least one post added and is indexable. You should also ensure that you have a few tags set to index
for the sitemap to be generated in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags.
I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Thanks for your support, I resolved it. But I have another issue after indexing through rank math.
my website on the desktop seems crashed. How can I resolve this?

Hello,
Thank you for following up.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that your homepage is set to a newly published post. Could you check in your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Reading if you have set up your Homepage as your latest post?

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
