I’ve checked your sitemap index, and the post sitemap is already showing. In this case, please remove all your submitted sitemaps and submit your main sitemap only.
Also, I’ve noticed that you haven’t verified your website’s final version (WWW and HTTPS). Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it. You can also use this tool to check.
