You may also check if you have excluded the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

If you already did those and the issue persists, please share your website URL with us so we can further check it on our end.
If you prefer, you may also share your WP admin with us so we can check it over your dashboard settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I’ve checked your post sitemap, and I’m getting an HTTP Error 500
. 5xx errors are server errors, so I would recommend getting in touch with your web host to check the error logs of your site.
Meanwhile, we can also take a closer look at your website. You can follow the steps that my colleague provided and include your WordPress and FTP logins in the sensitive data section.
