I have created a sitemap using rank math. In total there are 3 sitemaps generated.
https://truebuddy.in/post-sitemap.xml
https://truebuddy.in/page-sitemap.xml
https://truebuddy.in/web-story-sitemap.xmlThe issue is that when I try to run the post stitemap- https://truebuddy.in/post-sitemap.xml, it is not executing.
Could you please suggest a fix for the same.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
I can see that your post sitemap is loading properly.
For initial troubleshooting please follow these steps.
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/Looking forward to helping you.
Hi,
Thanks for your quick response. However, the issue is still there. I tried to deactivate and activate all the plugins one by one and found that there is a conflict with AAWP.
When I deactivate AAWP it works perfectly fine and even for some time after activation. But soon it starts creating problems of posts sitemap not getting executed.
May I request you please see the issue and suggest a fix. Kindly note that I have been using AAWP for a long time though shifted to Rank Math (from yoast earlier) just a few days back.

SomyaHello,
In this case, please check if there are some PHP values that are too low and which you should increase.
You can get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M Max input time: 150 PHP time limit: 120 PHP max input variables: 1000
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Dear Team,
Unfortunately, it didn’t work even after increasing the PHP limits. The post sitemap https://truebuddy.in/post-sitemap.xml is going into circles and at the end we get “Oops! That page can’t be found.”
Please check and suggest.

SomyaHello,
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We couldn’t access your site due to this error.
Could you please verify this situation so we can check further?
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Sharmin,
Thanks for your revert.
Basis your email, I contacted my hosting provider. This is what they suggested —
———————————————-
Please check your proxy settings. Under the Automatic proxy setup, make sure Automatically detect settings is turned off and also turn off Use a proxy server under the Manual proxy setup section. Also, please try to clear the cache and check. As per checking with the server team. There is nothing blocking from the server end everything is working fine.
You can also try accessing VPN.
Please check this. https://windowsreport.com/error-1005-access-denied/
—————————————————-Request you to please check now.

SomyaHi Sharmin,
If you suggest I can create a wp user id password and share with you in the sensitive data box?

somyaHello,
I was able to login into your website’s admin area and replicated the issue.
I noticed that the “AAWP” plugin is not updated to the latest version. Please update the plugin and see if that helps.
In case the issue persists, as the conflict is coming from the “AAWP” plugin, please reach out to the devs of that plugin as they might already have a solution for the issue and they would be in a better position to assist you.
Thank you.
Thank You, Prabhat. Let me try this also.
Hello,
Sure, and in the meantime, if there’s anything else that we can assist you with, please let us know.
Thank you.
Thanks, After I uninstalled AAWP, this post-site map is getting executed. I might need to renew the AAWP with the latest version which I will do.
But there is another issue I see now. This time it is with https://truebuddy.in/web-story-sitemap.xml
While the we-story sitemap is opening fine but none of the links inside that sitemap is opening.
For example –
https://truebuddy.in/web-stories/
https://truebuddy.in/web-stories/facilities-and-pension-of-the-former-president-of-india/
https://truebuddy.in/web-stories/top-it-companies-with-300000-engineer-jobs/
https://truebuddy.in/web-stories/best-crypto-exchanges-in-india/None of these and other web-stories opening.
They all were opening fine till sometime back about 2-3 hours back when I published the last web story.
Could you please check and suggest? I guess during your analysis, some redirections or other changes got reverted.
