I tested out the sitemap via XML Sitemap Validator and it didn’t found any issue with the sitemap. Please see sensitive section for the reference image. Would you please delete and resubmit the sitemap to see if that resolves the issue. 404 error means that Googlebot when tried to access the sitemap, the server responded with 404.
