Post ranking missing

    Hello, again!
    At some point during a rework of our staging site (http://web.dp-design.com), the normal Rank Math scoring and other very helpful information has gone missing. It’s not in the sidebar, and it’s not below the content. Yes, we are using the Divi theme, and at some point, we added some CSS to put Rank Math back in the main page, but I believe that got removed. Our hired developer claims that they did not make any changes to Rank Math, but we really miss the instant feedback.

    I will provide Admin login below.

    Sorry for the issue you are facing.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Replied to the email. Guess that didn’t get to you:
    The conflict seems to be NextGEN Gallery

    Unfortunately, this plugin is at the heart of our updated site. We can not proceed without it.

    Looking for any other advice you can offer.

    Hello,

    You need to make sure you are using the updated version of the plugin.

    If not, then get in touch with the plugin author and ask them to fix the conflicted script or code.
