Post not indexing

Hello, google have index my tag pages which I don’t want, then i redirect those tag page to main post URL . I have also make / apply noindex to tag pages in the setting of rank math. Please check my url which is there any fault or that cause my site to not index. kindly help me to get my real post to index in google.
