    Hellow, how can i find out the post ID from the media files in wordpress, so i can exclude them from the sidemap on rankmath?

    I’m not quite sure whether I fully understand your concern. But I’ll do my best, and please let me know if I misunderstood.

    If you’re referring to excluding a post from your sitemap, edit the post that you want to find the ID for in a new tab, and check the URL.

    For excluding your media files from your sitemap, you can find the media/attachment on your WordPress dashboard and check/enable this option:

    Exclude
