I see the issue on your site. The problem is not caused by the Alt text but by the Focus keyword. When a long focus keyword is used, the backend lags and the score takes time to calculate. Our Development team is aware of this issue and you will see the fix soon in one of the upcoming updates.
You can keep an eye on the changelog and we will be mentioning this error when fixed.
