Facebook uses Opengraph images to display your website’s thumbnail when previewing the link. You can set it up in your post editor’s Rank Math SEO settings: https://i.rankmath.com/5nbdiR. If this is empty, the featured image of the post will be used.

If you already set the featured image and set the Social Media settings of Rank Math as well, then there must be some conflict happening with Rank Math and other active plugins/theme. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I logged into your website’s admin area and upon checking the post, I found that the social image was not set, and hence the featured image was getting picked.
The issue here is that the featured image is of type .webp whereas only png, jpeg and gif are supported in the og:image. Please have a look at this screenshot for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/1NLoX7
Please update the image by using any of the above-mentioned image types and ensure that the resolution of the image is the recommended one i.e, 1200px X 630px.
Further, clear your website’s cache and see if the issue is fixed.

I checked the source of the page and the image is not yet updated.
Also, the dimensions of the image are 700px X 410px whereas the recommended dimensions are 1200px X 630px. Please have a look at this screenshot for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/zC0MdF

We are continuing to improve everything in Rank Math plugin including this area. There are no immediate plans to merge the Google Instant Indexing plugin – “yet” since this API is recommended for only Live Streaming and Job Posting websites which is not ideal to offer in the main plugin.

For now, you may need to install that separate plugin to make use of the Google Instant Indexing feature for Rank Math.
