    Hello,

    We’ve tried to check your staging website but were unable to go through the troubleshooting process due to the limited access to the account you’ve shared with us.

    Please provide admin-level access so that we can check the issue further for you.

    However, using access to your database, we removed the invalid schema markups of your live site page and now it should work properly.

    Also, it looks like you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your websites, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Hello,

    Since the issue is with a corrupted schema on a specific page, you need to remove that schema directly from the database.

    Before you continue, please conduct a full backup of your database.

    Please access your database panel (PhpMyAdmin), open the database table wp_postmeta, and filter only the post_id column. In your case, filter the post ID of the affected post/page to reveal the schema meta from our plugin. You should see a meta_key like this: rank_math_schema_Article.

    When you see that, delete it and the issue should be resolved.
