    Bonjour, et d’avance merci pour votre aide. J’ai besoin de corriger les meta descriptions de quasi toutes les pages de site que j’ai mis en ligne. RM met par défault ( comme expliqué sur votre page : https://rankmath.com/kb/score-100-in-tests/ ) un des divers paragraphes de la page et impossible de changer ceci et garder texte entré manuellement …grrr ! Comment faire ? Éditer code ?
    voila exemple : le site https://atout-animations.eu/christian-thuras-animations

    focus keyword je rentre christian thuras animations et description texte :

    .. Christian Thura’s Animations propose de divers animations ou spectacles d’un Artiste complice de la réussite de votre fête privé ou public..

    un autre problème qui se pose aussi c’est balise canonical : il n’y a pas de trace d’elle dans le code de la page, c’est qui donne plagiat ou page dupliquée dans analyzer …. ??

    I’m not sure whether I fully understand the question. Could you please describe the first issue that you are facing?

    Regarding the canonical tag, I checked the page’s source and I found that the page is set to No Index.

    Canonical tags are added to only those pages, which are Indexible (Set to Index). So, you can set the page to Index to add the Canonical tag in the page’s source.

    my first question is how can I fixe manually custom description on this and another posts, please…
    It’s that case RM wrote : ” Important Note: If you’ve installed Rank Math on a website that has plenty of posts already, then you don’t have to go back and manually fix the meta descriptions of your posts. Rank Math is intelligent enough to generate a meta description based on your primary focus keyword. If a focus keyword is not found, then, Rank Math will use the excerpt text as the meta description. If even that’s not set, then Rank Math will pick the first paragraph of your text as the SEO description. ”

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update, and apologies for the delay.

    From your screenshots, it seems that you are using the %excerpt% variable for your meta description. That variable will automatically gets the first 160 characters on your paragraph. You cannot edit that part out in the preview section since it captures the actual content you have. If you want to edit it, you will need to edit the content itself.
