If in case you mean Date Archives, could you please double-check whether you have enabled the Date Archives from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc Pages. https://i.rankmath.com/TeQLJ6
If that’s the case, please disable the Date Archives option and see if the issue is fixed.
