As long as your website is already indexed, there shouldn’t be any issue with your on-page SEO since Google has already included it on the SERP (Search Engine Result Page).
However, if the page isn’t appearing on any pages of the SERP and it also doesn’t appear when you are using the site:domain.com keyword, then there is indeed a problem.
Kindly head over to your Google Search Console and look for any coverage issues that may tell us why your page is not being indexed on the SERP.

Hola, me quiero disculpar por tener que molestaros otra vez. Es una cuestión muy simple pero que para mi está siendo complicada. Cuando Google indexó mi web, aparecían varias imagenes en Imagenes de Google, algunas estaba bien que aparecieran, pero había otras como iconos etc, que no debían salir. Por lo que utilicé la opción que tiene vuestro plugin, para que no se indexara ninguna imagen. Pero quisiera saber si existe alguna opción que permita que se indexa algunas imagenes determinadas no todas. Quedo a la espera de vuestros comentarios y agradecido por vuestro apoyo. Please note that there is no way we can control the images shown in search results. The Google Search algorithms select the images as it believes that it is something that would benefit the users.

For the images you don’t want to index on Google, you can set them noindex but for the images you want to index, we have a guideline that you can try to follow and see if that helps you to obtain that type of results:

Gracias como siempre por tu apoyo. Referente a las imagenes. He visto la opción de vuestro plugin para evitar que Google indexe las imagenes de la web y la estoy utilizado, pero ahora Google no muestra ninguna. O sea que el problema es que o se muestran todas o ninguna y yo quisiera saber si existe una alternativa para permitir que Google indexe solo determinadas imagenes, seleccionadas por mi. Es decir , tener la posibilidad de decirle a Google, quiero que indexes esta, esta y esta pero ninguna más. Es posible esto? Saludos cordiales.

To selectively noindex or index a page on the SERP, this is possible with our plugin just by individually setting their robots index.
However, for the images, it may be difficult to control because Google is the one who decides which images need to be indexed or not.
