You can check how you used the Content AI from the history tab by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Content AI > History.

Let’s also break down how Content AI credits work for a clearer understanding:
1. Content AI Research Requests: Each time you make a Content AI Research request, it will cost you 500 Credits.
2. Word Generation: Every word you generate using Content AI consumes 1 Credit.
3. RankBot: Every time you chat with RankBot, it consumes 1 Credit for each word generated as output.
