Hi,
Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please try again. If that fails again, you may have to manually delete the plugin and install the updated version from the repo.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Did you mean to say I have to upload by ftp?
Or you want fresh install by the WordPress pluin area, like clcik on install button?

The main question is why this plugin did not install directly by WordPress. Why I have to do it manually. I want to know the issue. And want to fix this issue.
Please figure out the problem and tell me how can I fix it.
Hi there,
Thanks for the follow up.
It is likely that there is a read/write directory permission issue that is causing the update to fail. Would you mind sharing a copy of the error reported so that I can advise further?
I am looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Sure
But how can I get that error report?
Could you please guide me?
However that directly install the plugin folder by the help of ftp it is working fine.
Might be there sre hosting server write and read issue.
What you think?
Hi there,
Thanks for the follow up.
The error should be reported on the Plugins page when trying to update the plugin but since you have already performed the FTP update the error will not be reported anymore.
To ensure that the permissions do not affect future updates, please modify the wp-content/plugins directory server write permissions to 755.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
