Plugin Update Causing Server 500 Error

    Hi Team, we’ve been using Rank Math on our platform for a while now. Ever since updating to the latest version our site has gone down and has a server 500 error.

    Our hosting team said to deactivate in the mean-time and get in contact with you. I have including the error log below in sensitive data. We really need this to go live because all of our redirects are not working now that it’s deactivated..

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process.
