It happens because Rank Math is not able to detect it is a shortcode and load its content.
The plugins that use shortcodes to add content to pages/posts need to integrate them with the SEO plugins (like ours). Luckily, we offer an API for the developers so they can integrate our plugin easily.
You might want to request the plugin devs to try to add support for Rank Math, we have a guide they can follow: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/ and also, any question they might have, we will be more than happy to help them.
