This issue could suggest that the Rank Math metabox has been hidden via the ‘Screen options’ menu at the top of the page. Could you please check if this is the case from this menu?

I have plugin settings only on few pages like main and some others but dont have it on the rest…
May this cause i use my own wp theme?

Have you enabled the Rank Math SEO for your pages in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Pages?
