Plugin not saving settings - Support

Hello! I’ve been using RankMath successfully for over a year. But lately, any changes I make to the software, are not being saved. I use Elementor Pro, and access the SEO settings through the SEO tab in Elementor Pro. I managed to get my score on my homepage up to 90/100, but when I reopen the page, the score goes back down to 26/100, and none of my changes to SEO appear.

I need your advice on how to best fix this. Should I delete the RankMath plugin and start over? Is there a connection that has been broken that needs to be fixed?

Thank you SO much for your time and your wonderful software. I’ve included the login credentials to my website below. I have a backup of the website in case anything goes wrong.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We checked your site and found that Rank Math REST Routes that we use to update the data are being blocked by GoDaddy’s firewall and most likely this is why you’re facing the issue.

Please check the screenshot below for your reference:

To resolve this issue, please try whitelisting the following Rank Math REST Routes that are being blocked on your firewall.

/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateSchemas
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/getFeaturedImageId
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/getHead

Alternatively, you can share the image with your hosting company (GoDaddy) and ask them to whitelist the above Rank Math routes.
