Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue still persists, please also check your PHP values on your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status Tab > System Info and click Server. Please make sure that these values are already set:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
If they are not, please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values.
