This message only appears when the developers of the plugin didn’t update the readme file to include the minimum required version and to what version this was tested.
That doesn’t mean the plugin is vulnerable as we have been maintaining the plugin since the beginning but we consider it finalized and as such it doesn’t require any updates at the moment because it’s only used to submit the pages to Google Instant Indexing and as such we have not updated it recently, hence the error message you see there.
This won’t cause any issues and the plugin is safe to use so you can just install it on your website.

Okay but if you just update your repository I think it won’t show that message right? Just update it to make compatible with the current version of WP?

The plugin is already compatible with the latest version of WordPress but there’s no need to update the repository just to include a different readme file to show a different message.
The plugin is stable and there’s no need to submit a new update to the WordPress repository just to update the message.
