Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Analytics section of Rank Math. The error message you are seeing indicates that there may be a problem with the scheduled actions that Rank Math uses to fetch analytics data.
To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
-
Check Scheduled Actions: Go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Tools → Scheduled Actions → Pending. Here, you can see if the WP-Cron has run the actions as scheduled. If you find any pending actions related to Rank Math analytics, you can run them manually.
- You can also access this page directly by visiting:
https://rankmath.com/kb/install-google-analytics/ (replace
yourdomain.com` with your actual domain).

-
Run Data Fetch Manually: If you see any Rank Math analytics actions pending, select them and run them manually. This should help in fetching the data.
-
Check for Plugin Conflicts: If the issue persists, it might be due to a conflict with another plugin. You can refer to our guide on checking for plugin conflicts to identify if another plugin is causing the problem.
-
Consider Server Cron: If your website has very few visits, WP-Cron may not run as expected. You might want to consider configuring Server Cron to trigger WP-Cron for more reliable scheduling.
If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!

Hello,
Please check if your website’s CRON feature is working as intended. You can check with your hosting provider for this.
Also, please follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/
If all of that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
