    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    There seems to be a missing file. Can you please delete and re-install the Rank Math plugin? See if this resolves the issue.

    If the issue persists, please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and click the Copy System Info to Clipboard, and paste it here so we can further analyze the issue.

    Hello,

    Please login to the website via FTP and rename the seo-by-rank-math folder under wp-content/plugins.

    Once done, please reinstall the plugin.

    You will not lose any existing settings as the settings are saved in the database.
