    Hey!
    RankMath Team

    My Google search console was showing that there is no sitemap to my link. Then when I was checking My RankMath SEO plugin sitemap, it was showing Error 404. The next day I opened my WordPress dashboard only to find my RankMath plugin got deleted automatically and the same is also showing on our dashboard. When I tried to Reinstall the plugin, it is showing an error that “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.” please help me out with the solution.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    I have checked but the Rank Math plugin is installed and working fine, did you fix it?

    About the other issue, please edit the following plugin file:
    /includes/modules/seo-analysis/class-seo-analyzer.php

    Then, change the following line (line number 380):
    $request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 20 ] );

    Increas the timeout value to 60:
    $request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 60 ] );

    The SEO analysis should start working as expected.

    Or, you could also use the online version of the tool which is just as good:
    https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

    Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
