Yes, Rank Math does change the term_link when Primary Category is selected in the Titles & Meta Settings. But a Product will always have 1 category i.e Uncategorized which WooCommerce adds to Products by default. On your site, I see a few products do not have any categories that could be causing problem. Have you added any code or did you remove the categories assigned to products from the DataBase?
