Hi I just want to let you know I have this same problem with a form from https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/ Wholesale Leads Plugin disappears completely when Rank Math is activated unless I add a custom Meta description. The form is added with a shortcode.
I can add the description for now but can you explain why this problem occurs I would like to understand it so I can avoid unnecessary problems in the future. And do you have a fix for it coming up?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
