I conducted a plugin/theme conflict troubleshooting test by following this guide and I was able to determine the cause of the conflict. It was the plugin “WP Telegram” and “WP Telegram Login”.
You should be able to publish a post if you are to disable the plugin.
Could you please contact this plugin’s support and ask if they have encountered this before? They should be able to help you as they may already have a fix for this.

My colleague would have disabled the troubleshooting mode after he figured out the conflict. And it only works for the user that enabled it. Can you please confirm if you are seeing Troubleshooting Mode in your admin bar? If not then there is nothing to be worried about.
