Hello,

I’ve recently had some pages stop working on a website, all child pages of a specific page, working on the same page builder template (Divi). After deactivating different plugins I eventually found that Rank Math was the one plugin where if I deactivate it, the pages work just fine. If I activate it, the pages refuse to load.

But I *like* RankMath! Great plugin, I want to use it for SEO. Can you please help me, what would I do to get those pages working again and still have RankMath activated?

Rank Math is tested and fully compatible with Divi Theme and Page Builder. It could be a conflict between Rank Math and some other plugin on your site that is causing this issue. We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Do you really need ftp? I never use ftp I don’t even know how, I always survived just with cpanel and wp.

Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us and we regret the inconvenience due to the issue.

 I have noticed, You add some redirection rules using Rank Math. Like, here is one – https://i.rankmath.com/PcTbdN. It seems the destination has the correct match with source URL rules, so this is going to be a non-ending loop of redirections. This is why when try to visit the page, it’s not working. I have deactivate the rule status, and now you can visit the page.

Also if you can share the reason behind adding search redirection rules, then I think we can help you on that.

I don’t remember. A week ago I switched to Yoast and forgot about it. I’ve been working on other websites since then.
