    Hello. I am writting to you because I tried to update the pluggin and it got unistalled by itself and then a message appeared that said: Rank Math could not read /rankmath.php … now im trying to install it again and it says that cannot be install because the directory already exists. I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    For initial troubleshooting, please delete or rename the Rank Math free plugin via FTP or CPanel,
    seo-by-rank-math folder under /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

    You can get in touch with your web host for assistance accessing your website files.

    Once done, clear your website’s cache and install again the plugin in your WordPress dashboard:
