I am talking about aggregate rating, not this rating!

The aggregateRating and review fields are taken from your actual user/customer reviews.
If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.
Please acquire some reviews and ratings to get rid of the aggregateRating and review warnings.

I use kk star rating but it add separate aggregateRating rating how can i add it within review section!
Or it is okay to use it seperately so user can add their ratings as well

For Google it shouldn’t matter from which plugin you get the reviews meanwhile they are added to the schema using aggregateRating and since kk Star Rating does, you don’t need to worry, everything is fine.
