Please help – Unable to claim the special $59/year come-back offer

    Hello Support,

    I recently cancelled my Rank Math Pro subscription, but received an email from you with a special limited-time offer at $59/year, also renewing at this price, which I would like to take up on.

    The offer is still valid at the time of writing this, however when I click on the link, the offer shown is showing $6.32/month (which equates to $76/year), which is not the $59 promised in your email.

    Can you get back to me ASAP to correct the pricing so that I can make the purchase?

    For reference, I’ve added screenshots of the offer (both email + page) in the Sensitive Data section.

    7 HOURS and not a single response???

    Maybe I should just move to SEOPress after all if this is the kind of support I am going to receive when I’m trying to claim an offer provided by the CEO of Rank Math (Bhanu Ahluwalia).

    Regarding the issue you’re experiencing, we can see that the offer page is still showing $59/year. But please note that this price is exclusive of any tax. So, you might be seeing that price because after tax is added.

    You can share images with us by uploading them to an image hosting site like Imgur, and then sharing the generated URL with us here.

    Hi Great,

    Understood on the “bump” part. Never thought that would have the opposite effect.

    Have you seen the images (imgur) I posted in the sensitive dara section? That shows that the total is definitely not $59/year as I explained in my first post. It even says “ex VAT” on the offer page meaning the offer is $6.32/month or $75.84/year. That is not $59/year as promised.

    Please look at the screenshots in the Sensitive Data section for reference.

    Let me simplify this for you:

    1. The email offer states “Discounted price of JUST $59/year” and “Renews at JUST $59/year”
    2. This means the offer SHOULD be $4.91/month, pre-tax.
    3. But, when I went to the offer page, it was showing $6.32/month, pre-tax.
    4. $6.32 =/= $4.91
    5. As a result, the pricing on your offer page is INCORRECT.
    6. Please FIX the price to $4.91/month (pre-tax) so that I may claim the $59/year lifetime come-back offer which your Co-Founder, Bhanu Ahluwalia, emailed me with.
