Two variations of the sitemap are returning 200 status, you can check using https://httpstatus.io/:

Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 status), and the rest are redirecting to it.
Please follow the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-4-redirect-all-three-other-versions-to-your-preferred-variation and redirect to the correct version.
Once done, clear your website cache and resubmit the sitemap in the Search Console.
