If you check your profile, you can see the current plan you purchased which is the business plan: https://rankmath.com/my-account/subscriptions/. This is not the same plan you used since 2020.
Your old plan is the PRO plan and we agreed to give you a discount for its renewal matching the old pricing you usually pay for. We cannot give you that same discount for the Business plan you’ve just purchased because that plan is expensive compared to the PRO.
What we can do here is we can do a full refund of the Business plan you just purchased and buy the correct plan again from here. Only then, we can partially refund the difference.
