I try to get an idea of what’s going on with the last ticket I opened, and I keep getting a message that the ticket is not available.
I appreciate that you are working on this problem pro bono, as I am using the free version of Rank Math.
However, I have sent sensitive info about the website and installation. If I do not hear from you and or receive an update, I will be changing the info I sent you within the next 24 hours.

This is the last message I received – the link no longer works.
