This usually happens when the Pinterest verification HTML tag is not correctly added to your website, or caching mechanisms prevent Pinterest from detecting the newly added meta tag.
Can you please confirm if you’ve properly added the HTML code in Rank Math > General Settings > Webmasters Tools? If so, please clear your website cache, including any server-level cache, and try to verify again.
